\nour project\nwas built on a commitment to
\nproducing with respect for both
\nnature and people. Operating with a zero-waste principle, we carefully manage every stage
\n\u2014 from\ncultivating the olives to
\nbringing them to your table.
\nOur goal is not merely to\nproduce olive oil,
\nbut to create a healthy, natural,
\nand ecologically balanced

Our production facility is located right beside
\nour olive groves \u2014 surrounded by\nnature.
\nThis allows us to process the olives immediately
\nafter they are handpicked,\nensuring the
\nhighest possible quality and freshness.
\nWe harvest our olives early in the season by hand
\nand without letting them\ntouch the ground.
\nThe olives are brought to our facility
\nthe very same day and\nprocessed without delay,

Cold Press <\/i>Technology<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

One of the most crucial stages of our production
\nprocess is cold press\ntechnology.
\nWe use Mori-Tem, one of the world\u2019s most
\nadvanced systems, imported directly from Italy.
\nFirst, we wash our olives with cold water
\nand bring them to the ideal temperature for processing.
\nThen, they are crushed into a fine paste
\nand gently kneaded in vertical malaxers.
\nThis process preserves the natural aroma
\nand high polyphenol content of our olive oil,
\nmaintaining the most valuable compounds
\nfor human health.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

We Preserve Freshness<\/em><\/p>\n

After extraction, our olive oil is passed through
\na cellulosic paper filter
\nto remove\nany remaining sediments.
\nThis process extends the shelf life of the olive oil
\nwhile maintaining its purity.\nThe filtered olive
\noil is then transferred into stainless steel tanks,
\nwhere we add a\nprotective layer of argon gas
\nto prevent contact with air.
\nBy storing it at a controlled temperature of 16\u201318\u00b0C
we ensure that our olive oil\nretains its

Upon receiving an order, we fill our olive oil
\ndirectly into dark glass bottles to\nprotect it
\nfrom light and preserve its natural qualities
\nBefore bottling, we flush each bottle with
\nnitrogen gas, ensuring both sterilization\nand
\nlasting freshness. This way, every bottle
\nthat reaches your table arrives in
\nits purest and most\nnatural form
